DESCRIPTION:An interactive Working Group 2 (WG2) meeting was held on 13 January 2026\, bringing together 35 participants from across Europe. The meeting focused on advancing collaboration in research and capacity-building aimed at standardising patient safety outcome measures related to healthcare-associated infections (HCAIs) in intensive care units.We encourage dissemination of SAFE-ICU activities among bedside and Head ICU nurses\, infection prevention and control nurses\, educators\, and hospital or national policy makers.Stay tuned for updates on upcoming research and training activities.
